Regardless of whether you have a small team or large team, whether it's a Team Build or Team Development, your individual needs are important to us. This is why we listen to you first and discuss your requirements and then in partnership with you, provide innovative solutions that work.
The activities that we use for the events are fun, but the serious part is understanding the processes that are behind the values, beliefs and behaviours of the team and individuals within it.
During an event, each team is escorted and shadowed by a Derwent facilitator. Their facilitator wears many hats. Firstly, to insure that during the exercises and tasks, they have an enjoyable time which is conducive to learning in a safe but challenging environment. Secondly, that no individual is put into a position by the team where they feel threatened either physically or mentally. Thirdly, to insure that key learning points are flagged up, discussed and acted on in the future exercises.
This review process may be on the hoof between tasks or working more formally with a 50/50 mix of theory inputs and activities. If a final outcome is required, the event will finish with Action Planning for the future to take back and implement in the work place.
